    Overview

Shinobi Legions (known in Europe as "Shinobi X" and in Japan as "Shin Shinobi Den") is a 2D action platformer developed by Sega and published by Vic Tokai (Sega outside of North America) on November 1995. The fourth installment of the Shinobi franchise, the game features digitized graphics and live-action cutscenes. As the valiant ninja Sho, players must rescue his master's daughter Aya from his power-hungry brother Kazuma.

In a similar fashion to Sonic CD, the European version features a completely new soundtrack (this time by noted British composer Richard Jacques).
