Sejuani, the Winter's Wrath

Story

Sejauni was the leader of a tribe in Freljordshe was prophecised to unite the divided territories of Freilord.Growing up she was surrounded by misery, whichfueled her desire to fulfill her destiny.

Training in extreme circumstances she pushed herself to the edge by walking through blizzards without any protective clothing and enduring injuries that would have annihilated any other she earned the nickname "the heart of the blizzard".

At twenty years old Sejauni led her tribe out to conquer their enemies however before she set out on her conquest Ashe began campaigning for peace in Frelijord by joining the League of Legends to show that they could be spared violence.Sejauni saw this as an act of cowardice and was horrified as the confidence of her people waned as they felt they would never be free from their current plight. Sejuani decided to follow Ashe into the League of LEgends to prove herself as the rightful ruler of Freilord by defeating Ashe once and for all.

	Sejuani charges forward dealing magic damage and applying Frost to enemies. Sejuani stops upon hitting an enemy champion.
	Sejuani summons an arctic storm around her for 5 seconds dealing magic damage each second to nearby enemies. The damage is increased by 50^ against enemies affected by Frost of Permafrost.
	Sejuani converts frost on nearby enemies to Permafrost, dealing magic damage and increasing the movement speed reduction for 3 seconds.
	Sejuani throws her weapon, stunning the first enemy champion hit for 2 seconds and other nearby champions for 1 second. All affected targets take magic damage and are affected by Frost.
