Anyone else notice how similar this game looks to Just Cause 2? The jungle, the explosions, the models, all look like they would fit somewhere on Panau, it also makes me want a Just Cause 3 even more. Are Renegade Ops and JC2 on the same engine?

well, they had that engine so they might as well do something with it, and it's a great engine anyway so...

I don't know, I didn't play any of the Just Cause games, but the explosions and the numbers that pop up for everything do look similar from the footage I've seen of Just Cause 2.

Either way, Renegade Ops is pretty damn fun.

If your into explosions, you really should check out Just Cause 2.... games fantastic.

Well, come to think of it, I played the demo. I kind of liked it, not that much, but I guess I could probably get it for a pretty low price by now.

Is that a bad thing?

Anyway it's the same engine and they probably reused the some assets.

Yeah it's the same engine, it looks even better from farther out heh.
 
I really enjoyed the demo, the handling on the vehicles feels great.
