    Rayne holds a deep seeded grudge against her father, the vampire Kagan. To drive their reliance on him, Kagan killed the entire family of dhampir he fathered. Unlike her siblings, Rayne knows this and has sworn revenge Kagan and his entire family.

    Rayne appeared in Playboy in an issue that featured other game characters like Mileena from Mortal Kombat.
