Man COD4 was awesome and this game does everything better. However other franchises have advanced in more pronounced ways so MW2 sits at 4.

Ah what is it with me and shooters? Killzone 2 was an interesting game in that there is no real hook or reason why I like the game as much as I do, thinking about it the graphics are an obvious answer but I remeber the consistency of the atmosphere and the quality of the multiplayer as being major reasons for me to give it my no.5.

Man I love this soundtrack! I'm always down for some cool and quirky electro and Shatter delivered, Aurora in particular is a fixture on my ipod. The blockbreaking gameplay is a cool take on a form universally known.

I guess you could call inFAMOUS my favorite open world game of 2009, the powers, the city and the depth of customisation are all impressive. And I had a great time finding out just what the hell happened in Empire City.

Have to give praise to Wipeout HD for the Fury pack an incredibley addictive and stylistically different continuation of the already serious Wipeout HD.

Played through this on my friend's 360, my first real co-op experience and I had a great time. All I remember is sitting for hours in the dark endlessly trading herbs and magnums. A lot of fun but as a straight out shooter RE5 can't compete with more modern games.
