Definitely some good advice in there. I think having the ability to work on side projects is a must as a developer of any kind.

Unfortunately, I still have not gotten to play spaceteam since I don't have any ios devices, but the friends I have told about it are in love.

As such, a port to Android would definitely be awesome. I think I'm going to have to start contracting myself out to build ports of ios apps I like.

It's been a while since this was posted, but I had that happen when i started playing Muse but re-tuning it fixed it. I think I was just on the edge of being out of tune and like Braumeister was saying if i hit the note too hard I bent it enough to not register.

If this works as well as it's supposed to it'll save me from having to buy the $250 Rockband3 pro guitar.

I've tried it exactly once on a machine that couldn't run it very well.  With my current system I think I would do a lot better.  Count me in on the drawing. :O

I would imagine that the Vortigaunt condition as a whole would have improved after becoming freed in the first Half-Life.  Perhaps the independence allowed them to resume practicing old Vort traditions of some kind (i like to pretend they play some kind of energy ball soccer).  Perhaps they are just better nourished?

anyway, in episode 2 it sounded like they were looking for something.  i can't remember exactly what they said, but it seemed like they were either looking for more of their kind, or some sort of leader.  am i misinterpreting?
