I don't often do marathon sessions, but last Wednesday my friend and I played eight hours of games. About seven was Gears of War 3 and the rest was spent with You Don't Know Jack and Jigsaw Madness.
Having just completed it a few days ago, I think it's a very good game. The storytelling and narrative was superb; the gameplay was alright, I enjoyed it but I know it's by far not a great third-person action game. All that said, I haven't played Mass Effect 2 yet so I can;t compare between the two.
Probably shouldn't dig this post back up, but I concur. A few friends and I played this and the first couple of hours consisted of us figuring things out on our own. It's a very niche game, and not a really great one either, but if the subject matter is appealing the game is worth checking out; I enjoyed it more than I should have.
Call of Duty 3 on veteran. I literally broke a controller playing through it. Another one that doesn't really count is Call of Duty Classic on veteran. I'd say it was harder (didn't break anything this time) but CoD3 is more in line with the question.
I believe this Ikusabune is the same company as this Ikusabune, as all the second one had attached was a Gungrave game, which the first Ikusabune also had a Gungrave game attached. The second one I mentioned should be deleted.
I'd say it's not popular, but also that most people are aware of it, probably not aware of where to find it. In high school one of my teachers was obsessed with it, everyday during the F1 season he'd take five or ten minutes out of the day to talk about it, and my friend is super into it. It's been my experience that Americans who are into it, are super into it, and then there is everyone else.
