Yes they are trial and error because we have not got to the point where AI acts in a natural way, pretty much always you have to test its limits and try to deduce how it reacts to your actions.

This is kinda why I've never been able to get into stealth games. I tend to overthink things so in a stealth game, where you're always in a degree of peril and never entirely feel safe, that's never an overly pleasant experience for me to play. I'm sure some people can play these games in an obvious, done in one go manner, but I never feel good at them and it's a constant struggle. I love the Arkham games but I don't like the Predator challenges. I didn't like them in Asylum and didn't do a single one in City. Especially when they shoot down my gargoyley safe haven, welp.

I'm enjoying it so far just because I never did the Robin stuff (my brother bought the character for the maps, I never played them until now) and he's a cool character. Because he has a SHIELD and that's awesome. Not that far into it but I'm enjoying the different character, refreshing my memory with how enjoyable the actual combat in this game is and hell, just the general story.

It's a pretty good game so far, having done a fair amount of the campaign (I have no idea how long it is, mind, but I've done a lot of levels) and had maybe 6 or 7 games of the multiplayer. I legitimately have no idea what the story of this game is but I enjoy the missions. I'm not a great stealth fan in any game but those sections are fine, they give you some nice gadgets to play with and the team kills are pretty satisfying when you clear a section with them. Really does remind me of the move from the old Splinter Cells to Conviction which isn't a bad thing if you just like good games, maybe not so good if you want a particular sort of game though.

I started as your standard rifleman in the multiplayer and that first game was horrendous. I died so much and got maybe 2 kills. Once you get into the various objectives, however, it's pretty good. The gun customisation's pretty cool but I can imagine them going so in depth appeals to a pretty scary subset of the population.

Same issue. Restarted at the checkpoint, sorted.

Had the same problem in the same area. He never showed up so I had to restart. Does the campaign pick up at all?

Well I thought so.

BADASS ROBOT IN THE SNOW BLOWING EVERYTHING UP.

Dunno if there's a story to this game, mind.

It's great fun, even your standard deathmatch modes. Some of the maps rule, particularly the bus station one. Spawned in an office, shoot dodged out of the window and killed two dudes on the way down.

RTS games.

I quite like sports games. FIFA's usually good and I even bought NHL last year. Never watched a hockey game in my life. Good video game though.

I'm new to these games and really am learning the ropes so if anyone wants to be my guide early on... let's do it. Or I'll tag along with any other likeminded knuckleheads and we'll die TOGETHER.
