Activision has confirmed the complete list of songs for Guitar Hero Metallica.  And if you purchased the Death Magnetic album in Guitar Hero II or Guitar Hero World Tour, the tracks from that album will be available for you in GH Metallica.  And since you couldn't download the album for the Wii or PS2, those versions are getting “Broken, Beat & Scarred,” “Cyanide,” and “My Apocalypse" as bonus tracks.

Metallica Tracks

“All Nightmare Long”
“Battery”
“Creeping Death”
“Disposable Heroes”
“Dyers Eve”
“Enter Sandman”

“Fuel”
“Hit The Lights”
“King Nothing”
“Master of Puppets”
“Mercyful Fate (Medley)”
“No Leaf Clover”
“Nothing Else Matters”
“One”
“Orion”
“Sad But True”
“Seek And Destroy”
“The Memory Remains”
“The Shortest Straw”
“The Thing That Should Not Be”
“The Unforgiven”
“Welcome Home (Sanitarium)”
“Wherever I May Roam”
“Whiplash”

Other Artists

Alice In Chains - “No Excuses”
Bob Seger - “Turn The Page”
Corrosion of Conformity - “Albatross”
Diamond Head - “Am I Evil?”
Foo Fighters - “Stacked Actors”
Judas Priest - “Hell Bent For Leather”
Kyuss - “Demon Cleaner”
Lynyrd Skynyrd - “Tuesday’s Gone”

The boyfriend of a Portal fan emilyskeith crafted this stunning replica of the portable portal generator seen in the video game. There are other ASHPD replicas out there but I must say this is one of the most accurate one I have seen. I can’t imagine how much time and effort he put in to make this. The ASHPD replica is made from florist’s foam, wonderflex, bondo, PVC pipe, ABS plastic, LED lighting, an acrylic plunger handle, roll-feed paper spindle, an old drawer pull, rubber hose, coaxial cable connectors, and gallons of frustration.

You can check out a bunch of more pictures on her Flickr page. Enjoy the eye candy!

Now that the game had been released, we can all skate around New San Van to our hearts content.  But what's this?  There is some DLC available.  It is a pack called Time is Money, and it is one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen.

For only 400 MS Points ($5 USD), you can unlock every single thing in the game.  Every skatepark, every skater, and every piece of gear that you would normally unlock by actually playing the story and earning achievements.  The best part though is in the description of the DLC pack: "If you are busy, or just plain lazy"

If you buy this, where is the incentive to actually play through the story?  If you already have anything, why bother? The sad part is I know people will drop the money on this.  I mean, I don't actually know anyone who would, but you know people are going to buy it.
