This program is open to anyone residing in Japan (Location) and allows gaming enthusiasts who want to get into the games development / designing industry to submit their unique ideas to PlayStation C.A.M.P which could then be developed into games for the PlayStation 3 (Platform) or PSP. Two concepts that eventually became PSN games are Trash Panic (Game) and Tokyo Jungle (Game).
