Overview
Nocturne is identified as a haunting spirit that has infiltrated the dreams, or nightmares, or summoners throughout the League. It was noted that his only purpose was to attack his victims at the weakest point of their dreams.
Families of those killed by Nocturne demanded justice for their slain relatives; however, the experts of the League were skeptical, worrying that if they killed him, he would return as a free spirit willing to haunt the masses. While Nocturne seemed to be powerful enough to do that already, he was found bound with a nexus, specifically within the Twisted Treeline.
The experts of the League decided for summoners to be able to summon him during matches, but what will that entail?

| (Active) Upon casting, Nocturne reduces the sight radius of every enemy champions and reduces their sight of their allied vision for 4 seconds. Meaning, a players vision of what another player, minion, ward, or tower would see is removed. During this period, Nocturne may launch himself at an enemy champion with a very long range, dealing physical damage.
