Overview

This applies to games which are still playable on an original Nintendo 3DS, but also have additional bonuses when being played on a New Nintendo 3DS due to the additional power or button inputs. As the New Nintendo 3DS adds the same additional inputs as the Circle Pad Pro, it is very common for ordinary 3DS games to support them with the use of the Circle Pad Pro peripheral with some exceptions like Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS which reportedly needed the New 3DS's power to be able to support more control options.
