    Overview

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2: The Phantom Fortress is a PSP fighting game based on the Naruto manga and anime, developed by CyberConnect2 and ArtDink and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment (US, Japan) and Atari SA (Europe). It is the first Naruto PSP fighting game in Japan and the second in the west; the original Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes was a separate game using this game's engine, lacking several characters, the unique story mode, and modifying many attacks.

The game's main draw is a single-player story mode where players traverse a mysterious castle summoned by Kabuto, which has 100 floors and 30 basement floors of randomly generated rooms, with contents ranging from battles, to traps, to power-ups.
