    Morale in action.

Morale describes a general state of emotional well-being and confidence of an individual or group. The better one's morale, the happier and more confident they are, and the better they're mentally and emotionally ready to accomplish a given task. In the context of video games, morale is generally an attribute that affects the performance of a character or unit. The higher the morale, the greater their other statistics such as strength, speed, and accuracy.
