Rinaldo Gandolfi is an alchemist that befriends Leon Belmont on his quest to rescue his love Sara, or a brilliant inventor who worked for the Brotherhood of Light creating holy weapons for their war on evil, depending on who you ask.
The main character of the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow saga. He was a knight of the Brotherhood of Light during the 11th century, but fell to darkness in order to save the world, and is now feared by all mankind as Dracula, lord of the vampires.
Dracula is the antagonist of Bram Stoker's 1897 Gothic horror novel Dracula. He has been featured in many video games, primarily in Castlevania.
Trevor was the first in the Belmont Clan to fight and defeat Dracula. Trevor inherited the Vampire Killer whip from his ancestor, Leon.

Samus Aran is the protagonist of the Metroid series. As a bounty hunter, she uses her armored power suit to hunt space pirates and other dangerous forces. She frequently crosses paths with dangerous creatures called Metroids in her adventures.
Raven Beak (Ashkar Behek in the Chozo) was the Chozo leader of the Mawkin tribe. He was first introduced in Chozo Memories unlockable in Metroid: Samus Returns, and appears as the main antagonist of Metroid Dread.

Named after a protagonist from a cancelled Castlevania game, Victor Belmont is the leader of the Brotherhood of Light in the year 2047, and a champion of humanity.
One of the most iconic characters in the Metroid series. He is the Space Pirate general, and a recurring boss in the series. Ridley is Samus's arch-nemesis, and killed her parents when she was very young.
Satan is the Devil, the incarnation of Evil in the universe, the Lord of Hell, the Prince of Darkness, and a very prominent figure in the Abrahamic religions. Naturally, he appears in many videogames, often as a final boss or last encounter. He is commonly depicted as a tempter that leads the faithful astray, and it's generally a bad idea to trust him.
The werewolf protagonist of Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness, or the Dark Lord of the Lycanthropes in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.
An officer that Samus Aran had served under in her past. He was distinctly respectful in the way he always referred to her as "Lady."
A baby Metroid that hatched when Samus was nearby, resulting in it imprinting the belief that she is its mother. In Super Metroid, it is the last known Metroid in existence.
Abaddon is a realm or entity mentioned in Christian and Judaic theological works. Abaddon is also the name of several different angelic characters which have appeared in many games.

Former member of the Department of Occult Warfare, Leach was determined to free the Firstborn from its prison, the Pyxis. He created the Brotherhood of the Dark Rapture in order to carry out the slaughter of thousands necessary to open the Pyxis.
As a telekinetic, Black can steer bullets mid-flight with pinpoint accuracy, enabling her to strike multiple targets with a single projectile. She can use telekinesis to move large objects and stun enemies.
Rawlings is the Jericho team's chaplain, medic, and he is also an exorcist. He derives his power from an intense academic study of magic systems from around the world.
A member of the Jericho squad, Cole's abilities are based purely on her intellect.
Church is Jericho's blood mage. She uses her own blood to cast Blood Ward and Fire Ward.
