    Overview

    Wilhelmina, or "Billie", grew up in rural Tennessee amongst a Christian community where her powers were first discovered. With the ability to use her own blood to heal and perform other "miracles" she quickly became the subject of interest to the local authorities and later the Department for Occult Warfare, who would eventually recruit and train her. She was 22 at the time of Operation Godseal.
     
    In Clive Barker's Jericho, Billie can use her blood to paralyze and damage enemies. She wields a sub-machine gun pistol in addition to her katana. She is voiced by Kate Higgins.
