Maximino

Maximino is a minor character in the 1998 LucasArts adventure game Grim Fandango. He appears as a stout, cigar-smoking skeleton wearing a purple suit and can be found staring out of the window of his luxurious office inside the High Rollers Lounge at Feline Meadows, Maximino's cat-racing track in Rubacava. His romantic relationship with Olivia Ofrenda is public knowledge, as is Maximino's jealous streak; however, this does not prevent Olivia from simultaneously pursuing an affair with Maximino's personal lawyer, Nick Virago.

Maximino is presented as one of Rubacava's most powerful residents: his lucrative betting track, money-laundering operations and ties to elements of organized crime in El Marrow make him both respected and feared in the Land of the Dead. As a fellow entrepreneur in Rubacava, Manny Calavera often compares his own Calavera Cafe with Maximino's much larger business empire.
