Marluxia

"Drown in the heart-lorn world of nothingness! I shall scatter your heart to the empty winds!"

Marluxia, also known as the "Graceful Assassin", makes his first appearance in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, where he serves as the main antagonist.  He uses a scythe and sharp rose petals as his weapon.

He will greet Sora with his face hidden under a hood at the beginning of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, but will not make any further appearances until the later areas of the game. In this game, Marluxia and Larxene are plotting to overthrow Organization XIII by having Namine manipulate Sora's memories. He orders Larxene to kill Sora, who is then defeated by Sora. Marluxia then assigns Axel to assassinate Vexen after his plan to use Riku's Replica to kill Sora has failed, killing Vexen too.

Axel, who discovered Marluxia and Larxene are traitors, tries to kill Marluxia, who then flees to the thirteenth floor of Castle Oblivion, and in doing tricks Sora into fighting Axel for him.

When Axel is defeated by Sora and is seemingly dead, Marluxia anticipates Sora's arrival with a digital copy of himself, who then gets defeated. Sora then goes on to fight and defeat the real Marluxia for good.

In Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix, Marluxia appears as an optional boss. In the battle Marluxia can beat you in two different ways. Firstly at the beginning of the battle a counter appears above your head, whos starting value depends on your level. Every time Marluxia hits you with his scythe the counter decreases, you lose once it hits zero. The other way is by standing in the black circles that he creates on the ground, which drain your health. In Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, Marluxia has an additional form you must face to complete the game.
 
In Kingdom Hearts:  358/2 Days, Marluxia appears in the early hours of the game and is paired with Roxas on a mission.  He displays an obvious interest in Roxas and Xion's abilities as Keyblade wielders.  However, after his transfer to Castle Oblivion, he is killed as occurs in Chain of Memories.  Like the other Organization members, Marluxia is a playable character in the Mission Mode of 358/2 Days and wields his scythe in battle.
