Overview

Logiart Grimoire, known in the Switch version as Picross: Logiart Grimoire, is a puzzle game developed and digitally published by Jupiter for the PC (Platform) on March 15, 2024 and the Nintendo Switch (Platform) on April 18, 2024, with an early access PC release on September 12, 2023.

A spin-off of the studio's Picross series of puzzle games and the first to receive a release outside of a Nintendo (Company) platform (albeit without the "Picross" name), Logiart Grimoire features a fantasy theme where players help Emil Libraound, the cute wizard custodian of the titular grimoire, in solving "Logiart" nonogram puzzles to restore the book to its original state.

Unique to this game is its "Fusion" word puzzles for unlocking new Logiart puzzles. Each of the solved Logiart puzzles represents an "material" (such as the classical elements, animals, and tools), and several puzzles are locked until certain materials are combined (similar to the Doodle God (Franchise) series), with each Fusion puzzle having a textual clue to determine which materials to combine.

There are 280 puzzles in multiple sizes, as well as several bonus puzzles (including post-release and DLC puzzles). Unlike the mainline games, the Mega, Color, and Clip puzzles are not included.
