Kart racers are cartoon-like racing games that often feature fantastical power-ups.
Kart racing game on the PS1?
for some reason a kart racing game for the PS1 has been on my brain and i can't think of the title. i sued to play it all the time and it had a bunch of cartoony animals i think. i looked through all the racers in the concept page and i don't think its in there. Does anyone have any hints or ideas about what this game is?
No, it's none of these. It had like generic animal character, not generic in a boring way, but it wasn't a known IP. Man, I want nothing more than to close off this issue, it's just one of those things. I am 99% sure it was on a PS1 and it is definitely not on Giantbomb. I even tried looking it up on Wikipedia, but there are too many Kart racing games to go through.
" @Al3xand3r said:Crash Team Racing was an awesome game. Easily the best racer on PS1." Crash Team Racing was amazing. AMAZING. Now, not so much, got it on PSN and man is it not how I remembered it. Still fun though. "crash team racing was the best game on the PS1. it was a fucking blast! too bad it's not in the NA PSN store :( "
" There were no Jak games for PS1, the franchise was made for PS2 first. "Oh shit yeah. Haha.
I just figured it out. It was Motor Toon Grand Prix 2. I am trying to add it to the kart racer page and its characters. Man, I can finally rest. Thanks for all the unhelpful help everyone. I don't know if any of you have ever played it, but it was such a good game, it was the precursor to Grand Turismo. this was the first game from the creator and producer of Gran Turismo, which i have never had any interest in.
