    Karate Joe is a recurring character from the Rhythm Heaven series who appears in one of the many mini-games from each release. Like his name suggests he is always in the middle of practicing karate. His training provides the theme for the 'Karate Man' mini-games where he has to punch, kick, and combo flower pots, barrels, and random objects as they fly across the screen in time to music.
