Joushou Mahjong Tenpai, loosely translated to "Heavenly Tiles of Invincible Mahjong", is a riichi mahjong game developed by Game Arts and published by Enix for the Super Famicom in Japan on September 29, 1995. Developed by the studio behind most of the Gambler Jiko Chuushinha (Franchise) games, Joushou Mahjong Tenpai features multiple training tools to aid players in playing mahjong, including a system to show optimal discards and strategies, a mahjong diagnosis mode, and a score calculator for use in real-life mahjong. It also features a spectator mode that shows professional matches, with additional data being downloadable through Satellaview (Platform) broadcasts.
