    Jimmy is one of the old school mobsters who disagrees with Uncle Paulie's methods of running the family. He provides advice and eventually promotes Jackie Estacado to Don of the family, to show his gratitude for all he's done.

    During The Darkness II, Jimmy The Grape makes a coy reference to Mafia II, where he briefs how he used to work with a man called ''Vito something'' during the 50s. Jimmy's Darkness II voice actor, Frank Ashmore, starred in Mafia II as Leo Galante.
