Indoor Sports is a collection of indoor sports games for home computers. Each game can be played against the computer, or another player.

    Games

    Bowling

    No Caption Provided

The player(s) first selects ball weight and alley slickness; modifiers which affect the balls' trajectory and speed during gameplay. Additionally, the game is set from 1-3 games, and the computer skill level, from 1-4.

Gameplay begins with a side-view of the bowler. The player positions the bowler, and aims the ball by holding down the button and releasing it as an arrow moves through the possible locations to aim. The player must then hold and release the button as the bowler approaches the foul line, before stepping over.

The view shifts to first person, and the player watches the resulting roll down the lane. The score is tallied below on a typical bowling scoreboard. The bowler's face is shown, complete with a reaction shot which changes depending on the success of the roll. Gameplay proceeds to the final frame of the final game.

    Darts

    No Caption Provided

The Darts game begins with several selectable options on a menu screen, including game type (301, 701, etc...), difficulty, and game speed.

A dart board appears with a dart moving horizontally beneath it. The player chooses when to 'stop' the dart, to select throwing position. The player then must choose the throwing arc, and power similarly. Once these variables are set, the result is shown in first person. Gameplay proceeds until the appropriate score is reached, depending on the game selected.

    Air Hockey

    No Caption Provided

Gameplay begins as the player selects whether sides alternate during gameplay, difficulty, and speed.

The air hockey table is displayed in first person, where the joystick controls the paddle, and the button controls the speed. The object is to score 7 goals by shooting the puck into the goal slot before the opponent does the same. Gameplay ends when one side has won the number of games selected.

    Ping-Pong

The player may choose to play in end, or side-view, and whether the paddle is controlled automatically.

Gameplay begins in either end or side-view. The player controls both the paddle and swings, or just when the paddle swings depending on which option was chosen at the outset. Gameplay proceeds until one player wins the set number of matches.

    Legacy

Sport collections such as this were the predecessor to modern sports collection games, such as Wii Sports.
