Overview
Gordo 106 is a platformer for the Atari Lynx, released in 1991 by Tenth Planet and Atari Corporation. It features the titular lab animal, a monkey named Gordo, who uses the newfound intellect granted to him by unscrupulous human experimentation to escape his cage and free his fellow imprisoned creatures. In each level, Gordo must free the animals trapped in cages while avoiding or taking down the human scientists trying to catch him. He can collect bananas, which restore his health, and apples, which can be used as projectile weapons.
