Overview
Garuda is a playable character from Anarchy Reigns (Game) with a man's mind in a robotic body. When he was alive as a human he lived the life of a mercenary until he was killed in action. Durga (Character), one of his comrades at the time, took his severed head to salvage his consciousness and uploaded them into an older model of the anti-mutant Gargoyle robots. His new metal body has the ability to transform into a jet and uses two high speed drills to eliminate any target in close quarters. Now he works as a bounty hunter alongside Durga.
