Although it appeared a while ago we would see it, nothing happened. I did some researching:
Denis Dyack, designer of Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem and Too Human, said "absolutely yes" in July 2006 regarding the question of a possible sequel in his Too Human IGN blog. He stated that Silicon Knights had intended for Eternal Darkness to be a stand-alone game, but the company has always intended to make more games set in the Eternal Darkness universe involving the Ancients. [37 ] At Microsoft's Spring 2008 Showcase in San Francisco, Dyack confirmed to TVG that a return to the Eternal Darkness brand could be on the cards: "There is a chance; we love all the games we work on. We don't want to be pigeon-holed [into a genre], we want to be known for strong content...There's a strong chance we'll return to it, but there's no announcements yet."

Kotaku has learned that Nintendo has renewed its trademark for the Eternal Darkness name. The Silicon Knights developed title is one of the more respected games on Nintendo’s purple (or black) console. At the time, Silicon Knights was a second party Nintendo developer. After porting Metal Gear Solid to the system, the Canadian company decided to exit its contract with Nintendo in order to create more technologically advanced games.
This led to the planned Too Human trilogy for Xbox 360. However, after poor sales and reviews of the first game, no mention has been made of part two. Have Microsoft and Silicon Knights cancelled the remaining titles? Is Silicon Knights creating a new Eternal Darkness for the Wii? Or is Nintendo just routinely protecting licenses? All we can do is wait and see.

Look at the date of that last article... FEB 2010. Not too reassuring, is it?
