    Flotsam Island

Location » linked to 3 games

On Flotsam Island the winds only blow inwards, meaning that no-one can get off by ship.

    Short summary describing this location.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

Flotsam Island is the primary location for Tales of Monkey Island Chapter 1: Launch of the Screaming Narwhal. Guybrush Threepwood: Mighty Pirate™ is stranded after an incident with Zombie Pirate LeChuck. Strangely, the wind points towards Flotsam Island 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and thus anyone on the island is stranded.

    Geography

Flotsam island is a small desert island near the Rock of Gelato. The far south of the island consists of a vilage in which many stranded pirates reside. The village consists of a Pirate club, Newspaper office, Court House, Glassblower, Doctors Surgery and the docks, which are harbour to The Screaming Narwhal ship. The rest of the island consists of a large jungle, in which Birds, Monkeys, Warthogs and bees reside. There are several ancient artefacts, many of which are used to control the wind on the island. A residence of The Voodoo Lady is to the north of the forest. Also, A treasure map leads to a location in the forest, however the treasure has already been dug up. The islands treasure hunter believes a Ninja Porcelain Pirate Doll was buried there, but it is unknown if this was the case.
