Overview
Extremely OK Games (sometimes shortened as EXOK) is an independent video game company officially formed in 2019. However, the company is effectively a direct reboot of Maddy Makes Games Inc., a studio name initially formed by Maddy Thorson (Person) in 2008. Following the success of Celeste, the name Maddy Makes Games was phased out in favor of Extremely OK, to less suggest that the studio was solely or primarily one person's work. Additionally, offices for the development team were opened in Vancouver, Canada, to facilitate centralized in-person work. As of September 2025, the EXOK website lists the team as Maddy Thorson and Noel Berry (Person), with collaboration from Amora Bettany (Person), Lena Raine (Person), and PowerUp Audio. In January 2025, EXOK announced that internal disputes had led founding member Pedro Medeiros (Person) to leave the team. In the same post, the team stated that development on their first planned title as EXOK, Earthblade (Game), had been struggling, and that they had made the decision to cancel development of it.

Jumper (Game)
Jumper is a freeware game made by Maddy Thorson. Jumper is a 2D platformer which you control Ogmo, a failed experiment as you try and escape the lab.
Jumper Two (Game)
Sequel to Jumper. Adds new features and physics such as the wall jump and skid jump. Jumper Two features a new storyline as well as 10 worlds to jump through. Jumper Two also comes with the Jumper Two Editor for creating levels.
Celeste 2: Lani's Trek (Game)
Celeste 2: Lani's Trek is a sequel to the original Pico-8 release of Celeste Classic.
Celeste 64 (Game)
A truncated 3D version of Celeste created by the original team in a week(ish) to celebrate its sixth anniversary. Players collect strawberries, find cassettes, and continue Madeline's adventures in this homage to old-school 3D platformers.
An Untitled Story (Game)
Players control an egg that explores a vast world. Included is a multiplayer 'Heist Mode' with gameplay very similar to capture-the-flag.
Earthblade (Game)
Earthblade was going to be a 2D action platformer from the creators of Celeste. It was canceled in January 2025.
