Appearing initially as an understimulated and cynical woman, she is later revealed to be a passionate and dedicated follower of Salvador Limones, for whom it is implied that she may have romantic feelings. Though she is no more impressed by Manny's charming personality than his sales performance, she is portrayed as having a somewhat friendly - albeit teasing - relationship with the protagonist as long as he does not treat her like his secretary.
Eva is voiced by Rachel Reenstra. In Tim Schafer's 1996 "Puzzle Document", her name is listed as "Evaluna". This may be a reference to Eva Luna, a 1987 novel written by Chilean author and journalist Isabel Allende about an orphaned girl who grows up in an oppressive unnamed South American country.
