Edgar Teglee is a character in psychonauts, and his brain is one of the levels in the game. He is an artist who, after romanticizing the loss of his high school sweetheart, becomes obsessed with bullfights and matadors. When you go into his brain, the entire world is a black velvet painting, and a bull is rampaging through the city. Edgar is trying to build a tower of cards to reach his love, but he needs you to get four queens first. He finally realizes that he has been wasting his life over a problem from a long time ago, and the bull (the anger) in his mind dissapears. He can finally paint things other than bullfights.
