    Overview:

    An advisor in the first SimCity, Dr. Wright's purpose is to advise the mayor. Throughout the game, he will pop up to assist the player in decisions involving pollution, tax rates, and other chief responsibilities.

    Dr. Wright also has a cameo appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening as a writer and has appeared as a trophy in the Smash Bros. franchise.

    The character is greatly inspired by Will Wright, the creator of the Sim City franchise.
