In the original Legend of Zelda, an NPC gave the advice "Dodongo dislikes smoke" as a hint to using bombs to defeat dodongos. This phrase has become a bit of an internet meme. In Ungoro Crater in World of Warcraft (Game), there is a kodo beast named Dadanga and a nearby NPC will request that the player keep their torches away from her, as "Dadanga dislikes smoke".
