Overview

Dexter: Hidden Darkness is a hidden object game developed and published by BlooBuzz for Android, iPhone, iPad, PC, and Mac. The game went through the Steam Greenlight process for the Mac and PC ports of the mobile game.

Story

In Dexter: Hidden Darkness players assume the role of Dexter Morgan, serial killer and detective. Players take Dexter through multiple cases for the Miami Metro Police Department.

Gameplay

Dexter: Hidden Darkness is broken into multiple small sections. There are puzzles, hidden object scenes, and cutscenes. Stars can be earned in the hidden object scenes, which will then allow players to unlock newer sections if enough are earned. The game also uses an energy system. Energy is expended each time an action is given. More energy can be purchased through in-game micro transactions or just waited out. Some energy can also be replenished by watching ads.
