Overview
Crashmo (Fallblox in PAL regions) is the sequel to Pushmo/Pullblox; the game will feature 140 levels with falling blocks, a multi-directional camera and more. Unlike the first game, Mallow will now rescue birds, instead of children.
The game was made available exclusively for the 3DS eShop on November 15, 2012 in PAL regions and on November 22, 2012 in North America.
Gameplay
To solve the puzzles players must slide blocks around a player grid in order to open up a new pathways to the goal. Besides pushing and pulling, Mallow now has the ability to slide the blocks left and right. The blocks also have different attributes from the previous game. Blocks are no longer stationary and will move if pushed upon by another block. Another difference is that they now follow the laws of gravity, if there are no blocks holding up the top blocks they fall down to the bottom level. Crashmo returns with gadgets to add an extra layer of depth to the puzzle solving.
Returning Gadgets
- Manholes
- Pull-Out Switches
New Gadgets
- Doors: Similar to Manholes doors allow players to come out from the sides of blocks.
- Cloud Blocks: Stationary blocks that can only be moved by Mallow. They can hold up or prevent other blocks from moving around.
