Clu Clu Land is a game that was released for the arcade, NES, Famicom Disk System, and Virtual Console. Clu Clu Land was developed by Nintendo Randamp;amp;D1 and published by Nintendo (Company). Clu Clu Land was released on November 22, 1984 in Japan, October 18, 1985 in North America, and February 15, 1987 in Europe. Clu Clu Land was also included in Animal Crossing (Game) as one of the playable NES games. Vs. Clu Clu Land was released under Nintendo's Vs. games, similar to Vs. Super Mario Bros. or Vs. Excitebike.

Gameplay

Clu Clu Land stars a fish named Bubbles. Bubbles is a "bubble fish" whose only goal is to swim through a maze, collecting gold and dodging enemies. To collect this gold, Bubbles has to use certain posts that can turn him around. These are located at intervals throughout each level (only a few pixels apart), and are just wide enough for Bubbles to fit through. The enemies, Unira, can be stunned if Bubbles uses an attack, and then pushed into a wall to kill them.
