    Brutallus is a wingless pit lord, and the second boss of Sunwell Plateau in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade.

    Brutallus is a wingless pit lord who serves the Burning Legion. He is the second boss in the raid instance Sunwell Plateau, introduced in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. Before the player can engage him, he is seen killing the blue dragon Madrigosa. When Brutallus is defeated, his blood seeps into the corpse of Madrigosa, giving rise to the fel dragon Felmyst, the third boss in Sunwell Plateau.

    Abilities

    • Meteor Slash: Causes fire damage to all enemy targets in a cone in front of the caster and increases fire damage taken by all affected targets by 75%. The damage is split between all targets hit.
    • Burn: Places a debuff on a random target which causes increasing fire damage over time for sixty seconds.
    • Stomp: Causes physical damage to Brutallus's current target, reducing the target's armor by 50%, while also removing the Burn effect.
    • Beserk: After six minutes Brutallus will enrage, increasing his damage by 500% and his attack speed by 150%.
