    The last Bomberman game developed for the PC Engine which didn't see an international release until it was added to the Wii's Virtual Console in 2008. It was the basis for the Genesis game Mega Bomberman.

    Overview

    Bomberman '94 is a multiplayer strategy/party game was originally only available for the PC Engine (the Japanese counterpart of the U.S. TurboGrafx-16). It was the follow-up to the highly successful Bomberman '93.

    This was the last HuCard (Turbochip) game made by HudsonSoft for the PC Engine. Prior to its Virtual Console release it was available in the U.S. as Mega Bomberman for the Sega Genesis.

    At CES 2011 it was announced that the title would be available for the PlayStation Network in February 2010.
