Scrambled eggs with some cheese mixed in before cooking. Sprinkle a little pepper on the eggs. Cook the bacon until its cooked but not overly crispy. Then serve with a nice buttery biscuit. :)
Goes well with many breakfast choices, but I like it anytime I have eggs. I always get a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit at McDonald's when I get breakfast there. Club sandwiches are great too. OOH! And bacon bits on a hot baked potato with melted cheese and little ham cubes is delicious.
