The third handheld installment of the Mega Man series has him (along with his dog Rush and helper robot Eddie) fighting eight more revived Robot Masters (from Mega Man 3 and Mega Man 4), while finding the whereabouts of Dr. Wily (who has taken control of an oil platform to power his latest weapon against the hero).
Mega Man's former ally, Proto Man, creates an army of destructive robots and kidnaps Dr. Light, and it's up to Mega Man to stop him in this fifth installment of the Mega Man series.
The second handheld installment of the Mega Man series has him (along with his dog, Rush) defeating eight more revived Robot Masters (from Mega Man 2 and Mega Man 3), while finding the whereabouts of Dr. Wily (who has traveled into the future to steal a weapon to counter Mega Man).
When Dr. Light receives a threat from another rogue scientist, it's up to Mega Man (now with the ability to charge his shots into powerful blasts) to put a stop to Dr. Cossack's plans in the fourth installment of the Mega Man series.
Metroid II: Return of Samus is the portable sequel to the Nintendo Entertainment System classic, Metroid. Regarded by many as one of the best action games on the Game Boy, it was a solid follow up to the original.
Robot hero Mega Man goes portable in the first handheld installment of the long-running Mega Man series, as evil scientist Dr. Wily rebuilds eight of his previous Robot Masters (from Mega Man and Mega Man 2) with a thirst for revenge.
When a peacekeeping effort between Dr. Light and Dr. Wily go haywire, it's up to Mega Man (who now has the ability to slide under obstacles) and his robotic companion Rush to traverse the universe and defeat the Robot Masters in the third installment of the Mega Man series.
Mega Man is a DOS game developed by Hi-Tech Expressions and released only in the U.S. Originally intended to be an official part of the franchise, the game was panned for its low quality.
The evil Dr. Wily is back with eight new menacing creations, and it's up to Mega Man to foil his new plans for world domination! Known for bootstrapping the long-running series, the game also introduces passwords, helpful items (such as Energy Tanks), and the series standard of eight bosses.
Featuring a robotic protagonist that could siphon the abilities of his adversaries, Mega Man is a side-scrolling platformer that begins the never-ending struggle between cheeky hero Mega Man and the evil roboticist Dr. Wily.
Don the Power Suit of intergalactic bounty hunter Samus Aran as she recaptures the dangerous Metroid species from the evil Space Pirates. Released by Nintendo in 1986, this game introduced the "Metroidvania" style of open-world gameplay on consoles.
