    Overview

    American Football Game: Quarter Back Scramble is a football game from Natsume and Pony Canyon that was released exclusively on the Japanese Famicom in late 1989. It features a number of fictional sides loosely based on NFL teams and a horizontal top-down perspective of the field.

    The game was set to be released overseas as Mike Ditka's Big Play Football the following year, but the localization was cancelled mid-development.
