Overview

Story
9 Clues 2: The Ward is set in the United States in the 1950s. The player controls a young female detective with a partner. The protagonist and her partner receive a call from a mysterious island. As they arrive on the island they see one of the doctors who work at the asylum fall from a window and die. It is then up to the detectives to solve the mystery behind the possible murder.
Gameplay
In 9 Clues 2: The Ward players move through the various screens of the game clicking on certain objects, solving puzzles, and playing hidden object scenes. The Ward contains a twist on the usual hidden object scenes, with special detective mode scenes that have the player looking for clues or unusual looking parts of the image.
