    Overview

12Riven: the Ψcliminal of integral is a visual novel developed by KID that was advertised as the first part of a new series called "integral" which was meant to be a follow up to KID's infinity franchise. However, there never ended up being a second installment in the integral series and 12Riven is instead often associated with the infinity series. CyberFront released the title in Japan on March 13, 2008 for the PlayStation 2 and was later ported to the PC later that same year as well as the PlayStation Portable in 2009. The novel was co-written by Kotaro Uchikoshi, creator of Zero Escape, along with Naotaka Hayashi, head writer for the Science Adventure franchise.
