Good news everyone!  

The biggest issue of if Trophies were saved or not has finally be answered!  Trophies will be fine!  As it has been confirmed by SCEE just now!  

Tgbbs can rest safe knowing the trophies are safe from hacks!

In seriousness, with PSN re-booting...it would suck if trophies were lost, but then I remembered I stopped caring about them once Steam started to use them in every game and I realized they are futile.   

So, calm down.  Trophies are safe.  Confirmed by Sony.

Personally he has educated me with his comments though!  I never knew hackers could do things like delete saves and downloaded games from my PS3 while it was completely offline.  Good to know this for future reference.
