I think the new weapons were really powerful and useful, but I think most people just went back to their old favorites and didn't give the new ones a fair shake.  Personally I carried the Detonator with me the whole game and was glad for it.  Also, while not a technically a weapon, I think the buff to TK in this game was really well implemented.

I'm really enjoying this update, but I has been a few months since I played vanilla BFBC2 and maybe I forgot how good the game is on it's own.  To me this xpac seems really polished, I especially like how they incorporated the music and I really dig the visuals.

This is a fantastic game. I've got it on Xbox already but I think I'll get it here too.

Why would anyone expect to pay less than a third of the price for a brand new fully featured game?

I consider myself a pretty big DMC fan but I have no problem with this redesign. You can be a fan and still realize they what they were doing was getting stale.

It's a Gears of War shit.
