Weirdly enough that drunk lady might actually be drunk haha. I did a side quest for Peebee and when I showed up she was doing that same movement. It turned out she was actually drunk when I talked to her. It would be kind of awesome if there were drunk people just hanging out.

I am hoping this review on the console version is based on the game before the day one patch. Really hope it improves quickly.
