@quipido: It's all cosmetic, but it's so obviously stacked against you actually earning it with in-game currency it's just insulting. And the loot boxes are broken, they pretty much exclusively give you gear you already have.

The monetization in this game is just disgusting and I really hope that the devs get raked over the coals of it. The game is constantly throwing stuff in your face that you can't possible afford with in game currency, begging you to throw real money at it. Fucking gross and it really takes me out of the game.
What stuff? Cosmetics? I am genuinely curious, considering buying this game.
I was very close to purchasing this game just for the Blackout mode, as I have no interest in traditional MP or Zombies, but thanks to this video I decided to skip it, as the progression looks very bland and the map actually pretty small. Not worth the price, I'll wait for Battlefield, where I always have a ton of fun with all game modes.
I wish PUBG was playable on Xbox, in First Person mode.
Still playing Origins (which I slowly warmed too), I will see this game in a year+. Be very interesting to see how this sells at launch, and even more interesting to see how many people pick it up a year later.
I am in this boat as well, I still have both DLCs to get to, that will take me some time. By the time I'm done, I will need a break from these games so I'll pick this up way later, at way lower price. They are already making too much Assassin's Creed again!!!
