It's very interesting to see the survival genre evolve. So many of them aren't even finished yet: DayZ, The Long Dark, Rust, Ark: Survival Evolved, The Forest. My favorite so far is The Long Dark.
I'm definitely in the Dying Light camp. However, I have two problems with the expansion. After a while, with no fast travel having to manually drive everywhere does get a little tedious, and I was wishing for a 3rd person driving view. I believe it's first person only. And because the game forces you to drive everywhere manually, it would have been nice to have some form of GPS overlay. Just because society has crumbled doesn't mean my old-school Garmin won't work! haha.
Build a giant liquid fuel tanker truck to the heavens, THEN strap a comical, ridiculous amount of solid fuel boosters onto to it to get that semi truck into orbit. Works every time!
