So, I'm playing through The Evil Within 2 at the moment. I thought about maybe trading it in once I'm finished, so I could get the new wolfenstein. I looked up on their website how much the trade in value of it was and was shocked to see that a game that is a week old is being offered to trade in for $27.50! 25.00 if you aren't a pro member. I haven't used gamestop in a long time, so maybe I shouldn't be shocked, but I think that's terrible. I figured I'd get maybe 40 dollars for it, but 25?

How is gamestop able to keep being in business with these horrible price options? I mean, I guess they are one of the few game trade stores here in the states, but you would think people would give up going there all together. Maybe I'm preaching to the choir on this, I just kind of find it leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. ?

I'm thinking of buying a new router to try to get the most put of my internet (i think about 30 mps is what we have) bit I don't really know what I should look for or what to buy.

We have a wireless setup from at&t and have 4 ppl in the house who use wi fi for phones, laptop, and game consoles.

I'm not really even sure how to set one up but I probably could with some instructions.

Any Advice would be helpful ^_^

So, I've been a premium subscriber for awhile now. It never really occurred to me until now that I have no idea what the funds they receive from memberships are actually used for. I think I remember hearing jeff mention that alot of it is used to provide stuff for premium members (I could be misremembering that though) but It doesn't seem like they do alot of events?

I thought it might be for equipment and stuff, but brad saying they have budget folks during the rig stream made me thought that was all cbs.

It doesn't bother me, and I'm more than happy to just give gb my money in the hopes of keeping the lights on for as long as possible. I'm just curious since they were acquired by cbs and they don't seem to talk about that kind of stuff much.

In any case, it doesn't really matter I guess as long as we get awesome gb content! ? hopfully folks who have been here a little longer than I have will be able to provide some context ^_^

I see this phrase come up all the time in regards to every single type of entertainment that someone has an opinion on.

I was just curious what exactly does this mean? Doesn't everything have a right to be good? (Whatever that even means)

I guess I can understand when it's used for a sequel of something or a bad looking idea.

I see it all the time for thubgs that don't make any sense, like when The Witness cane out, IGN had a headline talking about how it was cooler than it had any right to be, or when alex (I think?) was talking about state of decay, he also said it was better than it had any right to be.

Maybe I'm just being a dummy, but I don't understand why this phrase is used as much as it is and it feels a little overused to describe anything that anybody was surprised by.

Can someone explain this to me? I'm just a little confused I suppose ?

I've seen Sara Bareilles in concert 3 times and I'm always impressed with her performances! Great stage presence, really personable, and one of the only performers I've seen in all the shows I've been to, who comds out before the opener even takes stage and just chats with the crowd for a few mintues. Also, man can she sing! :D
