@briarpack: oh cool so it's a story moment? I’ve been doing a lot of the side stuff and it’s been pretty wild. No idea how these agents were ever able to contain these items in the first place.
It's slightly explained in one of the documents (and this btw is pretty light spoilers if you consider it spoilers at all. More just just kind of background info imo but just a heads up anyway.) That a lot of the items were fairly docile and easy to manage before the Hiss showed up and that it was the Hiss that started making them really go crazy.
Is anyone having trouble getting the map to show? About 90% of the time when I open it it just shows the names of the areas and won’t load in the actual map.
While I've never had the bug myself, I've heard of people fixing it by fast traveling to somewhere.
Honestly it depends on how you play imo. If you play mainly a weapon wielder I can see it being a little tough. But the moment you let Miriam be the badass mage/sorceress she's portrayed as, the game becomes a joke and most bosses can literally be face tanked because of the damage you put out.
@superjoe: I'll echo the support for Tis Rozain. I didn't discover how good it was till around the last 6 or so hours of my game but once I did it felt like nothing else matched up. It's so satisfying to use, does a ton of damage and it looks awesome as well.
I'll also say that while it's not the greatest shard, "Fire Cannon" from the cannon enemies on the boat is pretty great and not at all balanced for when you can get and upgrade it.
It does more damage than True Arrow and seeker arrow against all enemies that don't have fire resist, you can upgrade it to rank 7 within the first hour or two of the game(allowing you to quickly get to 5 projectiles launched), but best and possibly most important of all it costs a whopping 18 MP to use which trumps everything else you could use for the first 8-10 hours of the game(and even longer depending on your luck). It's the spell I used for about 90% of the game right up to getting Tis Rozain. It's only real downside is that it has a fairly short range.
In regards to RB/R1 shards. Bunnymorphosis is good early on because the bunny has it's own stats and that includes a seemingly high luck stat, so it's good for farming items in the early to mid game before you can boost your own luck too high.
